At UPG, we consider ourselves injection molding specialists.  Our injection molding operations run 24 hours a day (three shifts), and each month we manufacture over a half a million parts from a wide range of materials.  With decades of engineering and manufacturing experience, we have developed various molding methods and specialized techniques to give you exactly the product you need.

UPG operates a wide range of electric and hydraulic injection molding machines ranging from 55 to 950 tones.  Our platen sizes ranges from 12 to 80 inches square and our shot sizes from a few grams to over 20 pounds.  The majority of our machines can be set-up to run “lights out” via robotics and automatic tools.  UPG offers the following injection molding capabilities and services:
