UPG offers high quality plastics machining via state of the art software and equipment. Combined with decades of staff experience, our CNC equipment provides customers with precision plastics components.  UPG has a variety of screw machines, CNC mills, and CNC turning lathes to complete your project.  Plastics machining is chosen for both low and high volume applications where traditional injection molding is either cost prohibited or unable to meet tolerance requirements.

Often called a screw machine, Swiss Turning is capable of performing multi-axis mill and lathe operations on the same part in one work station.  Round stock is continuously fed by the automatic bar feeder through the screw machine’s chuck to the cutting heads. Milling, drilling, turning and tapping operations are all achieved in a single programmed sequence using one machine.
