Process Capabilities

Our production team offers over 4 decades of injection molding experience and consistently keeps up with this growing technology.

The high quality of our finished pieces reflects the variety and quality of our machinery and the experience of our personnel.  Our molding operation consists of 22 state of the art micro-processor controlled injection molding machines.  This equipment ranges in size from 55 ton to 950 tons enabling us to produce parts from sub-miniature to 160 ounces (10 pounds).

We offer clean room environments to ensure contaminant free processing.  In addition, we provide all secondary operations of trimming, taping, wrapping, heat staking, ultra-sonic inserting, and standard or special product packaging.
